Brooklyn-based webzine, Blank Screen, covers what we call "visual pop". Focusing on film, music video directors, video artists, graphic designers, motion graphic nerds, animators, comic books, MP3's, actors, design and independent musicians, we're sort of like a white label record--you don't know what you're going to find. From weirdo video artist Martha Colburn to our interview with Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban director Alfonso Cuaron, we hope to bring a diverse look at art, visual culture and the stuff that basically inspires us but we feel doesn't get enough press. With the website in place, we will also be opening an online store selling T-shirts, paintings, DVD's, exclusive 12"s, mix CD's, downloads, books and more.
